Jejich pozice se od za\u010d\u00e1tku do konce nem\u011bn\u00ed.\n <\/li>\n  <li> \ud83d\udc49 Kdy\u017e trup nastav\u00edme do nap\u0159\u00edmen\u00ed (p\u00e1te\u0159 m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmou linku bez jak\u00fdchkoliv \u00faklon\u016f \u010di rotac\u00ed), tak se pozice (\u00fahel) horn\u00ed kon\u010detiny vymez\u00ed mezi trup a ruku. \u00dahel, kter\u00fd v\u016f\u010di zemi vznikne se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu pohybu u\u017e nem\u011bn\u00ed.\nPr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky tomu jsme nuceni pohyb prov\u00e1d\u011bt tak, \u017ee jamka lopatky (trup) obkru\u017euje hlavici pa\u017en\u00ed kosti\ud83d\udcaa <\/li>\n  <li> \ud83d\udc49 Ky\u010del se zved\u00e1 proti op\u011brn\u00e9mu bodu, i zde prob\u00edh\u00e1 pohyb d\u00edky pohybu hlavice kosti stehenn\u00ed v jamce na p\u00e1nevn\u00ed kosti. Pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky tomu je mo\u017en\u00e9 zachovat osu trupu (p\u00e1te\u0159e) rovnou.\n <\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"> \u2716\ufe0f\u010cast\u00e9 chyby:\n <\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:none\">\n  <li> \u274c\ufe0f rameno se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu pohybu nahoru a dol\u016f sune vp\u0159ed\/vzad \u010di jin\u00fdmi sm\u011bry (nez\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 stabiln\u00ed a \u00fahel mezi horn\u00ed kon\u010detinou a zem\u00ed se m\u011bn\u00ed)\n <\/li>\n  <li> \u274c\ufe0f m\u00edsto pohybu \u010dist\u011b v ky\u010deln\u00edm kloubu doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zved\u00e1n\u00ed p\u00e1nve a \u00faklonu trupu\n <\/li>\n  <li> \u274c\ufe0f p\u00e1te\u0159\/trup nem\u00e1 osov\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed.
