Nezapome\u0148, \u017ee mobilita bez stability a s\u00edly ve stejn\u00e9m segmentu je velice rizikov\u00e1! Proto je nutn\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci pr\u00e1ce s mobilitou v\u017edy zapojit cviky na ty dal\u0161\u00ed slo\u017eky.
