Skute\u010dn\u011b vede 10.000 krok\u016f k v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm benefit\u016fm? \ud83d\udc63<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u27a1\ufe0fNejprve se pod\u00edv\u00e1me, kde to v\u0161echno vzniklo. Firma Yamasa Tokei uvedla na trh krokom\u011br s n\u00e1zvem \u201cManpo &#8211; kei\u201d. Term\u00edn se tak v\u017eil, \u017ee dodnes pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 bez mrknut\u00ed oka hranici 10.000 jako jasnou normu.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u27a1\ufe0fA te\u010f jak je to doopravdy! \ud83d\udcd6Studie byly veden\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na na zdravotn\u011b rizikov\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch jako jsou diabetici, lid\u00e9 se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm cholesterolem nebo star\u0161\u00ed skupiny obyvatel. V\u00fdsledky byly a\u017e p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b pozitivn\u00ed. U skupin se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm po\u010dtem krok\u016f se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161il krevn\u00ed cukr, zlep\u0161il se profil cholesterolu v krvi a sn\u00ed\u017eilo se riziko vysok\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku. Stejn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky vykazovaly i v\u00fdzkumy na lidech se sedav\u00fdm zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00edm, kte\u0159\u00ed dosahovali hodnot mezi 6.000 &#8211; 7.000 kroky za den.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u27a1\ufe0fZkr\u00e1tka nen\u00ed t\u0159eba se srovn\u00e1vat s \u010d\u00edslem 10.000, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm sami se sebou.
