Trouf\u00e1m si \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se mezi nimi objev\u00ed D\u0159ep.<br \/>\nJe to cvik, kter\u00fd zn\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd. Ka\u017ed\u00fd u\u017e ho n\u011bkdy cvi\u010dil. Je to v\u00e1\u017en\u011b skv\u011bl\u00fd cvik, kter\u00fd p\u0159i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m technick\u00e9m proveden\u00ed nese t\u011blu velk\u00e9 ovoce. Mysl\u00edm t\u00edm, \u017ee ho budete u\u017e oh\u00fdbat pouze do 90\u00b0, tedy nikdy nep\u0159it\u00e1hnete p\u0159edlokt\u00ed k pa\u017ei tolik, aby se prsty mohly dotknout ramene.<br \/>\nPokud nem\u00e1te p\u0159ehled o t\u011blesn\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00edch, tak V\u00e1s nejsp\u00ed\u0161 nenapadne, \u017ee v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dojde velmi rychle k zatuhnut\u00ed loketn\u00edho kloubu, okoln\u00edch \u0161lach a ve\u0161ker\u00e9ho vaziva.<br \/>\nKloub se pohybem \u201epromaz\u00e1v\u00e1\u201c, synovi\u00e1ln\u00ed tekutina, kter\u00e1 je v n\u011bm obsa\u017eena napom\u00e1h\u00e1 ni\u010d\u00edm neru\u0161en\u00e9mu pohybu. Pokud nepromaz\u00e1v\u00e1, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou onoho omezen\u00ed pohybu, tak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed bolest.<br \/>\nPokud nebudete svaly pou\u017e\u00edvat v jejich pln\u00e9m rozsahu, brzy vznikne jejich kontraktura. Tedy sval se zkr\u00e1t\u00ed na d\u00e9lku vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho pohybu a \u010dasem tk\u00e1\u0148 zvazivovat\u00ed \u2013 nen\u00e1vratn\u00fd proces, kdy sval ztrat\u00ed sv\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed funkce.<br \/>\nMysl\u00edte, \u017ee kdy\u017e se tohle stane u loketn\u00edho kloubu, \u017ee to u kolene bude jinak?
