Dlouho jsem nic nenapsala..\u010das je prost\u011b m\u016fj nep\u0159\u00edtel :). Skv\u011bl\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va je, \u017ee sez\u00f3na za\u010dala a my se sna\u017e\u00edme kdykoliv to je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyrazit do skal. U\u017e jsme definitivn\u011b vym\u011bnili lano za bouldermatky, proto\u017ee se dv\u011bma d\u011btmi, touhou po po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9m lezen\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pohod\u011b to prost\u011b jinak nejde :). Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b n\u00e1s to bav\u00ed, kdy\u017e kouknu do minulosti, tak jsme venku na bouldrech byli sotva 3x, tak\u017ee je to pro n\u00e1s \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00e1 situace. Prozat\u00edm jsme vyzkou\u0161eli oblasti \u0160krov\u00e1d, Osta\u0161, Petrohrad a Bor. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u011bchto oblast\u00ed m\u00e1 n\u011bco do sebe. \u0160krov\u00e1d jednozna\u010dn\u011b dostupnost a prost\u0159ed\u00ed pod skalami..v kategorii Family friendly jednozna\u010dn\u011b Top. Osta\u0161 je bl\u00edzko do Adr\u0161pachu a lezen\u00ed je moc fajn. Petrohrad je bl\u00edzko z Prahy a d\u00e1 se tam vyrazit i na odpoledne. Ale Bor, ten n\u00e1s v\u00e1\u017en\u011b uchv\u00e1til! U\u017e jsme tam byli 2x a kdy\u017e po\u010das\u00ed dovol\u00ed, tak na dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00edkendy u\u017e m\u00e1me rozhodnuto. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A co m\u016fj tr\u00e9nik ve Fyzio gym Cooper? Pokra\u010duje a jsem st\u00e1le nad\u0161en\u00e1, a to zejm\u00e9na proto, \u017ee za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m skl\u00edzet ovoce. Posledn\u00ed v\u00edkend na Boru se mi toti\u017e poda\u0159ilo vyl\u00e9zt 3 bouldry v obt\u00ed\u017enosti 7 a z toho jedno 7B+ &#8211; tak\u017ee WAU fakt to funguje! Pravdou je, \u017ee te\u010f tr\u00e9novat lezen\u00ed dovnit\u0159 chod\u00edme v\u00e1\u017en\u011b sporadicky a na sk\u00e1ly se sice dostanem, ale taky to nen\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00edkend. Tak\u017ee lze m\u016fj velk\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch p\u0159isoudit mimolezeck\u00e9mu tr\u00e9ninku, tak\u017ee tr\u00e9ninku pod veden\u00edm terapeut\u016f\/tren\u00e9r\u016f z Fyzio gym Cooper. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1m za sebou lekce zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na stabilitu, korekci pohybu v z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pohybov\u00fdch vzorech jako je d\u0159ep, v\u00fdpad, shyb, klik aj. Silov\u00e9, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 kompenza\u010dn\u00ed cviky jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad Millitary press maj\u00ed pro rameno \u0159ekla bych a\u017e rehabilita\u010dn\u00ed charakter. Hod\u00ed se snad pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho! K m\u00e9mu obl\u00edben\u00e9mu TGU jsem u\u017e sepsala jeden cel\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1ne\u010dek, tak\u017ee je to asi jasn\u00e9. A\u017e ho budu cvi\u010dit s n\u011bjakou p\u011bknou v\u00e1hou, tak to nato\u010d\u00edm&#8230;jak\u00e1 v\u00e1ha to asi bude, co mysl\u00edte?? \ud83d\ude42 A nyn\u00ed je novinka, a to cvi\u010den\u00ed na kampusu&#8230;bohu\u017eel se ale mus\u00edm vr\u00e1tit na hrazdu, nebo\u0165 se objevil z\u00e1drhel ve form\u011b nestability z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed. Tato nestabilita vych\u00e1z\u00ed z neide\u00e1ln\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce flexor\u016f a extenzor\u016f z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed a prst\u016f, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed ohne a zrotuje m\u00e9 z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed &#8211; neudr\u017e\u00edm ho rovn\u011b ani p\u0159i visu na velk\u00fdch li\u0161t\u00e1ch s op\u0159en\u00fdma nohama o stepper :-\/ no je to pech, u\u017e jsem se na cvi\u010den\u00ed na kampusu velmi t\u011b\u0161ila. Nyn\u00ed jsem ale zp\u011bt na hrazd\u011b, kde mi korekce tohodle probl\u00e9m\u016f d\u00e1v\u00e1 taky p\u011bkn\u011b zabrat. Mus\u00edm ale \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee kdy\u017e se soust\u0159ed\u00edm, aby z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed z\u016fstalo fixn\u00ed a rotace vych\u00e1zela z ramen, tak ten shyb dostal \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd charakter. Od Patrika Chovana jsem se dozv\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee to nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z\u00e1zrak, \u017ee tento probl\u00e9m m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e1 slab\u00e1 holka..a j\u00e1 slab\u00e1 b\u00fdt nechci, tak\u017ee na tom budu makat. Nakonec nejde ani o v\u00fdkony, ale tyto slabosti kon\u010d\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou zran\u011bn\u00edm, a to j\u00e1 nechci, chci l\u00e9zt :).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A co na\u0161e hol\u010di\u010dky? Ty jsou nejlep\u0161\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b. Rostou jako z vody. Majinka oslavila 2 roky, je velk\u00e1 sle\u010dna a hrozn\u011b r\u00e1da leze (lezou i v\u0161echny jej\u00ed panenky!), Nelinka u\u017e m\u00e1 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a taky r\u00e1da leze &#8211; po \u010dty\u0159ech :D. Ve skal\u00e1ch je to bav\u00ed a z kempingu v aut\u011b jsou \u00fapln\u011b u vytr\u017een\u00ed, tak\u017ee v\u00edkendy na v\u00fdlet\u011b si v\u0161ichni moc u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me.
