Kdy\u017e jdu sama, tak m\u016fj tr\u00e9nink vypad\u00e1 tak, \u017ee lezu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 bez p\u0159est\u00e1vky jeden boulder za druh\u00fdm. St\u00e1le se jedn\u00e1 o bouldry obt\u00ed\u017enosti V0-V2, sem tam se tam nachom\u00edtne i V3 :). Cesty v\u011bt\u0161inou p\u0159el\u00e9z\u00e1m na prvn\u00ed pokus. Nar\u00e1\u017e\u00edm ale na skute\u010dnost, \u017ee lezu poka\u017ed\u00e9 stejn\u00e9 cesty znova a znova, to m\u011b asi dlouho bavit nebude.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Probl\u00e9m je, \u017ee mnoh\u00e9 cesty jsou pro m\u011b aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nevhodn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nechci l\u00e9zt bouldry, ve kter\u00fdch je nutn\u00e9 d\u011blat r\u016fzn\u00e9 odtlaky z ruky &#8211; v\u00edm zcela jist\u011b, \u017ee bych ramena neudr\u017eela ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pozici a v t\u011bchto pohybech mi to pak p\u0159ijde zbyte\u010dn\u011b riskantn\u00ed a zran\u011bn\u00ed se chci vyhnout.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e1le nem\u016f\u017eu l\u00e9zt cesty, ve kter\u00fdch jsou dynamick\u00e9 kroky &#8211; v\u00edm, \u017ee se t\u011blo p\u0159i dynamick\u00e9m kroku nezpevn\u00ed a nechat povolen\u00e9 t\u011blo \u201cvyvl\u00e1t\u201d, kdy\u017e n\u011bkde vys\u00edte za ruce nen\u00ed nic moc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159evisy jsou pro m\u011b zat\u00edm taky nep\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 &#8211; po velk\u00fdch chytech cestu v p\u0159evisu p\u0159elezu, ale t\u011blo je slab\u00e9 a kdy\u017e se nezpevn\u00ed a nespoj\u00ed dohromady, tak pouze vys\u00edm ve \u0161lach\u00e1ch prst\u016f, a to op\u011bt zav\u00e1n\u00ed zran\u011bn\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A co mi pom\u016f\u017ee se posunout d\u00e1l tak, abych mohla l\u00e9zt v p\u0159evisu, d\u011blat dynamick\u00e9 kroky, odtlaky a jin\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 pohyby? Ke v\u0161em t\u011bmto \u00fakon\u016fm pot\u0159ebuji stabiln\u00ed a siln\u00e9 t\u011blo. J\u00e1 osobn\u011b s\u00e1z\u00edm na cviky s kettlebell, a to zejm\u00e9na Mrtv\u00fd tah (Hip Hinge) a Turkish get up. Na mrtv\u00e9m tahu u\u017e ve Fyzio gym Cooper pracujeme a na TGU mus\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b zlep\u0161it koordinaci trupu a stabilitu ramen, doln\u00edch kon\u010detin, aj. Zat\u00edm se na to nec\u00edt\u00edm. Ale v\u00edm, \u017ee na to brzy dojde!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Krom\u011b individu\u00e1ln\u00edch lekc\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 Fyzio gym Cooper odborn\u00e9 kurzy. Tento pohyb je jedn\u00edm z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a \u010dasto nejpotla\u010den\u011bj\u0161\u00edch pohyb\u016f, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s prov\u00e1z\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fdm dnem. Je skv\u011bl\u00fdm pomocn\u00edkem pro rehabilitaci zad, efektivn\u00ed pos\u00edlen\u00ed h\u00fd\u017ed\u00ed a z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed celkov\u00e9 s\u00edly.
