M\u00e1me pro V\u00e1s jednoduch\u00fd n\u00e1vod.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pro za\u010d\u00e1tek bude d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby hrazda, na kter\u00e9 budete shyb prov\u00e1d\u011bt byla um\u00edst\u011bna naproti zrcadlu tak, abyste mohli kontrolovat jak pohyb prov\u00e1d\u00edte. Na sebekontrolu ur\u010dit\u011b nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e1 hrazda mezi dve\u0159mi, nebo\u0165 nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, abyste se zvl\u00e1dli celou dobu v zrcadle kontrolovat. Nav\u00edc V\u00e1s mnohdy hrazda mezi dve\u0159mi limituje v r\u00e1mci um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed rukou na hrazdu, rozsahu pohybu horn\u00edch kon\u010detin p\u0159i jejich ohybu a v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je Va\u0161im c\u00edlem startovat z vis\u00edc\u00ed pozice t\u011bla bez pokr\u010den\u00ed doln\u00edch kon\u010detin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shyb a vis je cvik, kter\u00fd prov\u00e1d\u00edme a u\u010d\u00edme ve Fyzio gym Cooper dnes a denn\u011b. Mohli bychom zde vyjmenovat mnoho \u0161patn\u00fdch variant, jak jej prov\u00e9st. Sp\u00ed\u0161e si ale \u0159ekneme, jak jej prov\u00e9st spr\u00e1vn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je startovn\u00ed pozice:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; ulo\u017e\u00edte ruce na hrazdu na \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e jsou Va\u0161e ramena. Pov\u011bs\u00edte se a nohy dr\u017e\u00edte aktivn\u011b v prodlou\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, a\u017e m\u00edrn\u011b vp\u0159ed (pozice \u201eban\u00e1nu\u201c). Va\u0161e t\u011blo je aktivn\u00ed, m\u011blo by j\u00edt vid\u011bt, \u017ee m\u00e1te v pl\u00e1nu se p\u0159itahovat k hrazd\u011b, ne k zemi!<br \/>\n&#8211; Trup tvo\u0159\u00ed vizu\u00e1ln\u011b v\u00e1lec. P\u00e1nev, b\u0159icho, hrudn\u00ed ko\u0161 i hlava plynule navazuj\u00ed na na doln\u00ed kon\u010detiny.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ramena jsou dr\u017eeny v neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed pozici, nejsou vyta\u017eeny k u\u0161\u00edm (pokud ano, nejsp\u00ed\u0161 jste na hrazd\u011b zav\u011b\u0161en\u00ed jak nevy\u017ed\u00edman\u00e9 pr\u00e1dlo, t\u00e1hne V\u00e1s to k zemi a vis\u00edte ve vazech).<br \/>\n&#8211; Lokty mus\u00ed sm\u011b\u0159ovat dop\u0159edu. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy Va\u0161e lokty sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed vzad, dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed se Va\u0161e ramena do vnit\u0159n\u00ed rotace, \u010d\u00edm\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed k naru\u0161en\u00ed cel\u00e9 biomechaniky pohybu a tento pohyb se st\u00e1v\u00e1 pro Va\u0161e ramena rizikov\u00fdm.<br \/>\n&#8211; V\u011bnujte tak\u00e9 pozornost tomu, v jak\u00e9m postaven\u00ed jsou Va\u0161e z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed. M\u011bly by se nach\u00e1zet v neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed pozici a v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nesm\u011b\u0159ovat ve sm\u011bru mal\u00ed\u010dku (pokud t\u00edmto sm\u011brem jde, jedn\u00e1 se o pozici \u201elachtana\u201c, viz. N\u00e1\u0161 \u010dl\u00e1nek &#8211; http:\/\/fyziogym.cz\/lopatkovy-serial-cast-3-lachtan\/).<br \/>\n&#8211; Co se \u00fachopu t\u00fd\u010de je pro za\u010d\u00e1tek ide\u00e1ln\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bt shyb s palcem v opozici k prst\u016fm (jakobyste cht\u011bli palcem a ukazov\u00e1\u010dkem hrazdu obejmout).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To je nejsp\u00ed\u0161 v\u0161e, co bychom V\u00e1m mohli napsat k nast\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed startovn\u00ed pozice pro shyb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Te\u010f si \u0159ekneme, co by m\u011blo n\u00e1sledovat:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; za\u010dnete Va\u0161e t\u011blo p\u0159itahovat nahoru k hrazd\u011b, m\u011bly byste hlavou i t\u011blem st\u00e1le kop\u00edrovat hrazdu, ne se od n\u00ed oddalovat nebo p\u0159ibli\u017eovat se k n\u00ed.<br \/>\n&#8211; V pr\u016fb\u011bhu pohybu doch\u00e1z\u00ed k oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed Va\u0161ich lokt\u016f, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159ibli\u017euj\u00ed k trupu.<br \/>\nTo je v podstat\u011b jedin\u00fd pohyb, kter\u00fd byste na sv\u00e9m t\u011bl\u011b m\u011bli v zrcadle vypozorovat. Ve chv\u00edli, kdy vy\u010derp\u00e1te tento rozsah pohybu se Va\u0161e o\u010di nach\u00e1z\u00ed nad hrazdou (pozor na tendenci vystr\u010dit nad hrazdu bradu \u2013 v\u011bt\u0161inou se jedn\u00e1 pouze o z\u00e1klon hlavy a jej\u00ed vystr\u010den\u00ed sm\u011brem vp\u0159ed).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159i n\u00e1vratu do startovn\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b kone\u010dn\u00e9 pozice se op\u011bt odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 viditeln\u00fd pohyb pouze ve Va\u0161ich loktech! V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy v jak\u00e9koliv f\u00e1zi pohybu nahoru \u010di dol\u016f uvid\u00edte, \u017ee se pozice jak\u00e9koliv jin\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla, kterou jste p\u016fvodn\u011b nastavili m\u011bn\u00ed, ned\u011bl\u00e1te pohyb spr\u00e1vn\u011b. Nevhodn\u00e9 pohyby a zm\u011bny nastaven\u00ed t\u011bla se mohou objevovat ve v\u0161ech sm\u011brech, oboustrann\u011b i jednostrann\u011b. Ur\u010dit\u011b by bylo velkou v\u00fdhodou, m\u00edt k sob\u011b krom\u011b zrcadla tak\u00e9 par\u0165\u00e1ka, kter\u00fd je schopen ohodnotit V\u00e1\u0161 pohyb zezadu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010cl\u00e1nek je ps\u00e1n jako popis ide\u00e1ln\u00ed verze shybu. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed bychom v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b definovali jako nejoptim\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed verzi podporuj\u00edc\u00ed zdrav\u00ed Va\u0161eho t\u011bla.
