M\u00e1 velkou \u0161anci, \u017ee jeho probl\u00e9my odezn\u00ed, bude se op\u011bt c\u00edtit dob\u0159e, pot\u00ed\u017ee zmiz\u00ed. \u010cast\u00fd probl\u00e9m v\u0161ak je, \u017ee v\u0161e prob\u00edh\u00e1 na \u00farovni velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee. Pravdou je, \u017ee pokud t\u011blo nenau\u010d\u00edme a nevytr\u00e9nujeme to, \u017ee v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch situac\u00edch je tak\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 stereotypy, tak po nich asi nes\u00e1hne. Proto je n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed a posilov\u00e1n\u00ed s vlastn\u00edm t\u011blem a z\u00e1va\u017e\u00edm ide\u00e1ln\u00edm pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm dob\u0159e proveden\u00e9 terapie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>FITNESS TR\u00c9NINK<\/strong> \u010di jin\u00e9 specifick\u00e9 <strong>CVI\u010cEN\u00cd<\/strong>. Ve fitness centru neb\u00fdv\u00e1 standardn\u00edm postupem p\u0159i nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce s klientem proveden\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu. Kdy\u017e opominu to, \u017ee bez vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed pohybu je stanoven\u00ed tr\u00e9ninku stav\u011bno pouze na \u010dir\u00e9m odhadu a aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1lad\u011b tren\u00e9ra, tak je hlavn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem nev\u011bdomost o mo\u017en\u00fdch odchylk\u00e1ch od normy. Tyto odchylky mohou b\u00fdt pro tren\u00e9ra impulzem k odesl\u00e1n\u00ed klienta k fyzioterapeutovi \u010di l\u00e9ka\u0159i, pokud je to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b t\u0159eba. B\u011b\u017en\u00fd smrteln\u00edk proch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed ne\u00faprosn\u00fdm tempem dne\u0161n\u00edho \u017eivota se neobejde bez zm\u011bn ve tk\u00e1n\u00edch \u2013 zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed, nefunk\u010dnost \u010di p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed sval\u016f a jin\u00fdch struktur, nen\u00e1padn\u00e9 blok\u00e1dy kloub\u016f, aj. Tyto zm\u011bny p\u0159\u00edmo ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed kvalitu hybnosti a pohybov\u00e9 stereotypy, kter\u00e9 d\u011bl\u00e1me v b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch denn\u00edch aktivit\u00e1ch i p\u0159i sportu. Pokud tedy p\u0159ijdete do fitka a za\u010dnete cvi\u010dit s tren\u00e9rem bez p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de o tk\u00e1n\u011b, klouby a ve \u0161patn\u00fdch pohybov\u00fdch stereotypech, tak je velmi pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee se brzy dostanete do \u00fazk\u00fdch. Bude to vypadat bu\u010f tak, \u017ee nebudete schopni prov\u00e9st cviky technicky spr\u00e1vn\u011b ve vhodn\u00e9m nastaven\u00ed t\u011bla nebo tuto skute\u010dnost nebudete \u0159e\u0161it a budete cvi\u010dit v takov\u00e9m nastaven\u00ed, kter\u00e9 V\u00e1m Va\u0161e t\u011blo dovol\u00ed. A i ty co se jev\u00ed jako komplexn\u00ed a r\u016fznorod\u00e9 mohou zp\u016fsobit t\u011blu p\u011bknou paseku. Zejm\u00e9na kdy\u017e jsou dopln\u011bny nevhodn\u011b stanoven\u00fdm cvi\u010den\u00edm, neadekv\u00e1tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravou a zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm (velmi \u010dasto u d\u011bt\u00ed!). \u0160patn\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 stereotypy si tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme do sportu ji\u017e p\u0159in\u00e9st. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad za\u010dne l\u00e9zt pracovn\u00edk se sedav\u00fdm zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00edm, jeho\u017e horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bla se ji\u017e pln\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsobila pracovn\u00edmu posedu, p\u0159ibli\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hlavy k obrazovce a ne\u00faprosn\u00e9 gravitaci, toto nastaven\u00ed t\u011bla a sval\u016f bude pou\u017e\u00edvat p\u0159i lezen\u00ed v naprosto stejn\u00e9m vzoru. Bez korekce, uvoln\u011bn\u00ed a cvi\u010den\u00ed se pro n\u011bj i tento (v rozumn\u00e9m zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed) prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd sport stane destruk\u010dn\u00edm.
