ONLINE COOPERATION

  • 21 600 Kč (3600 Kč/měsíc) – PROGRESS therapeutic-training plan for 6 months

ISELE METHOD (Specialized method for climbing finger injuries)

  • 1400 Kč – 1 therapy
  • 6000 CZK (1200 CZK lessons) – package of 5 lessons

COMPLEX DIAGNOSIS OF MOVEMENT APPARATUS – FOR CLIMBERS

  • 2500 Kč – 120 min + 30 min consultation

Diagnosis is a modification of the basic complex diagnosis of movement just specialized for climbers.

STRENGTH TESTING FOR CLIMBERS

  • 2500 Kč – 120 min + 30 min consultation
  • static and dynamic tests aimed for climbing movement. For testing we use climbing wall, special fingerboard Climbro, pull bar, campus board, etc.

This diagnosis you can have only after you have a basic diagnosis of movement apparatus (if it is necessary after the body and movement correction which can come out of the basic diagnosis and is necessary for the safe strength testing)

OXYGEN ADVANTAGE

  • Plan for 1 person: 8500 CZK (4 weeks – training plans + materials + 4 sessions (in person or online)). For clients with a package a total of 7 lessons deducted (from which 2 lessons being a training plan for 4 weeks).
  • Plan for a group of 2-4 people: 2000 CZK / person per plan + 10 000 CZK course in total (max. 4 people)

THERAPEUTIC-TRAINING PLANS:

Basic
  • 4 weeks
  • 2 x 60 min consultation
  • videos, subscriptions and photos are included
  • the consultation can be used as an online session or personal session in Fyzio gym Cooper
  • you need to have a complex diagnosis of movement apparatus to have a therapeutic-training plan (can be online as well)
Progress
  • 24 weeks (can be more because of vacations etc. – we don´t count a time when you are not having a training plan)
  • 12 × 60 min consultation (online or personal)
  • videos, subscriptions and photos are included
  • You have an access to our Online course Basic principles of movement during the cooperation (it is available in czech language only)
  • you need to have a complex diagnosis of movement apparatus to have a therapeutic-training plan (can be online as well)

Complex diagnosis of movement apparatus – online

  • after the phone consultation with therapist/coach we will send you diagnostic tests. You will do some photos and videos of yourself according to our description. It is possible to do this trough the videoconferencing call as well
  • we will do a videoanalysis of your videos and we will plan your individual therapeutic-training plan
