In every topic, we deal with elementary realization of exercise having regard to physiologic and optimal body set up which ensure strengthening of body and prevention of injuries. We talk about possibility of drill, variations, often mistakes. Seminar is mostly practical.
Seminar is suitable for: amateur and professional sportsmen, sport trainers and instructor, moreover for youngsters’ sport trainer and instructors, where the proper technique of these often done exercises is harder!

Correction of body posture in stand and move.
Standing position and its variations, climbing up a stair, lifting a bur, getting up from sitting and lying position, movements of upper limb, movements of spin and head.
The aim of seminar is an education of proper realization of above mentioned activities in proper motion stereotypes which does not have misshaping influence on body. Seminar is mostly practical.
Seminar is suitable for: Seminar is suitable for everyone. Mistakes (bad motion habits) in everyday elementary movements may be a quiet way for pain and injuries. The number of repeating movement which charge and damage the motion apparatus is enormous. Correction of these bad motion habits may annul pain of joints, is preventive and enhances quality of life.
