If you are interested in seminar, please contact us. The price of seminar is fixed and it does not change according to number of participants (max number of participants is 6).

  • PROPER TECHNICAL REALIZATION OF ELEMENTARY EXERCISES

Seminar’s length je 2- 6ours.

Clients have an opportunity to choose own topic. One topic lasts 2 hours.

Price 2hours for 3 000Kč.

Max number of participants 6 people.

Topics: air squat, push-up, pull-up, lunge, possibility to bring own topic.

In every topic, we deal with elementary realization of exercise having regard to physiologic and optimal body set up which ensure strengthening of body and prevention of injuries. We talk about possibility of drill, variations, often mistakes. Seminar is mostly practical.

Seminar is suitable for: amateur and professional sportsmen, sport trainers and instructor, moreover for youngsters’ sport trainer and instructors, where the proper technique of these often done exercises is harder!
